Meditation

Placeholder for the November 12 meditation … to be updated as soon as possible.

This morning I’m thankful for small groups that meet regularly for fellowship, study, and prayer. I’m part of several different small groups — some formal, some informal. With the pandemic, most of these gatherings have been virtual, but I can’t imagine going through such difficult times without the support and encouragement of the women of my small groups. Even without a worldwide pandemic, these women help me navigate life — we celebrate the joys, mourn the losses, learn and grow together. Thanks to all who have impacted my life and helped me to become a better person!

  • Mirsty, thank you! You have been instrumental in helping me establish regular and in-depth Bible study every single day. By doing my devotions, with your study, 1st thing every morning, it sets the tone for my day, to put the Lord first in all things. I’m so excited for your new job! You have shown yourself to be an upright and committed follower and the Lord has given you the privilege of working in full-time PAID ministry!!!

  • “Bless be the ties that bind” – and bless the sisters of faith who pray for us, rejoice with us, and carry us through life’s challenges. The value of small groups cannot be underestimated in its power to lift and to heal.
